The Automotive Industries Association of Canada is presenting a webinar based on its recent research into Canadian car owner attitudes on vehicle repair as part of its Consumer Behaviour Series.

The webinar is scheduled for Thursday, March 24.

Rick Nadeau, the lead researcher of AIA Canada’s recent report and James Channer, an industry expert will present a breakdown of the Vehicle Owner Attitudes Towards Maintenance and Repair report in detail and discover what vehicle owners want and expect from their maintenance and repair providers.
