Tirecraft Ontario launches commercial tire ERS AI platform

Commercial tire and services provider Tirecraft Ontario has launched a new artificial intelligence (AI) Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERS) Platform to enhance their fleet roadside assistance program.

The new AI-powered ERS Platform will provide faster and more efficient service to fleet customers.

Commercial Tire ERS is a critical component of Tirecraft’s offerings, and the company is committed to continuing to provide industry-leading service to their fleet customers.

The new AI ERS Platform is designed to enhance the customer experience by reducing wait times, increasing accuracy, and improving the overall quality of service.

The AI ERS Platform is powered by cutting-edge technology that uses command processing and machine learning algorithms to understand and respond to fleet events. This means that relying on traditional call centres, as the industry has for decades, is no longer the only option.

The AI ERS Platform connects fleet dispatch and drivers to the closest commercial tire dealer or technician, depending on the time of day, in seconds. The total time it takes for fleets, on average, to dispatch using AI and connect with a dealer or technician is less than 90 seconds. When you compare this to traditional call centres at 10 – 30 minutes, the AI is helping minimize downtime to get fleets back on the road as quickly as possible while at the same time increasing dispatch teams’ efficiency.

“Tirecraft is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, and the launch of our new AI ERS Platform is a significant step forward in achieving that goal,” said Tirecraft Ontario president Christine McClay. “We are excited to offer this cutting-edge technology to our fleet customers, and we believe it will help us deliver faster, more efficient service to those when they need it most.”

The launch of the AI ERS Platform is part of Tirecraft Ontario’s ongoing commitment to innovation and leading customer service. The company is dedicated to finding new and innovative ways to improve their offerings and help their customers succeed.

“Absolutely saves a lot of time, and we are able to carry on working on other issues while this is being handled for us,” said Rosedale Transport’s Dispatch team.
