Distribution Stox, a recognized leader in car, truck and commercial vehicle tire distribution, has finalized its acquisition of the distribution division of Service de Pneus Lavoie Outaouais Inc. , its second acquisition of 2022.
The agreement includes the acquisition of the distribution operations of four warehouses located in Gatineau (QC), Ottawa (ON), Belleville (ON), and Brampton (ON).
The company has an integration plan in place to ease the integration of the teams, systems and customer order management.
The sales operations teams are also working closely with on-site employees to ensure a smooth integration.
Distribution Stox plans to change the ordering platform in summer 2022.

Stox also recently announced the acquisition of Les Distributions Claude Côté, specialists in the distribution of tires for cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles in Eastern Quebec.
That agreement took effect on January 31, 2022.
Founded in 1988, Distributions Claude Côté has become a leader in tire distribution in Quebec’s Bas-St-Laurent, Gasp sie, and Côte-Nord regions.
