The Automotive Aftemarket Retailers of Ontario (AARO) association’s InterConnect Trade Show and Training Event scheduled for this coming September focuses on skills building for automotive service professionals.

Taking place September 12-14, 2024 in Mississauga, the event includes Management and Lindertech technical training, as well as a Trade Show & Reception,

The event kicks off Thursday, September 12 with a full day of business management training.

“Mastering the Chaos of Busy Season: A Tactical Training Course,” will be conducted by business management trainer Alan Beech of Beech Consulting.

Management training includes a session by Murray Voth, RPM Training “Stop Overthinking Your Management Process,” designed specifically for automotive repair business owners looking to refine their management strategies.

Thursday’s business training is followed by a Reception and Trade Show networking event.

Friday and Saturday is dedicated to top-notch technical training.

Lindertech technical training is a cornerstone offering of the AARO event. This advanced training is an ideal opportunity to broaden expertise and becoming an expert technician. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend sessions by Scott Shotten and Brandon Steckler.

Scott Shotten will present on “Engine Mechanical Diagnosis with Elecdtronic Equipment” and “Efficient and Effective Network Diagnosis.”

Brandon Steckler will be presenting on “Taking a Streamlined Approach to Diagnostic Dilemmas” and “Drivability form the Driver’s Seat: Mastering Scan Too Data Interpretation.”
