National Tire Distributors holds Barrie DC grand opening

National Tire Distributors took advantage of the grand opening celebrations of its Barrie, Ont., distribution centre to not only mark the opening, but also to give a make a charitable contribution to the community.

In attendance for the ribbon cutting at the opening was Barrie Mayor Jeff Lehman,

NTD was pleased to present a cheque to the Women and Children’s Shelter of Barrie for the terrific work they do in the community.

In a statement, the organization said:  “We, at National Tire Distributors, are embracing industry change by continuing to invest in technology, team and locations. These investments position NTD to serve current customer demands and be prepared to meet the future needs of this changing industry. NTD’s path to success is linked to the success of our customers and everyone at NTD serves the customer.”
