The Murray Voth RPM Training organization has launched a new website designed to allow shop professionals to more easily access training and coaching resources.

Mur­ray Voth is one of Canada’s most knowl­edge­able experts on the auto­mo­tive indus­try, espe­cial­ly as it relates to busi­ness devel­op­ment of the inde­pen­dent auto­mo­tive ser­vice and repair sec­tor.

He focus­es on improv­ing prof­itabil­i­ty, best prac­tices in man­age­ment, finan­cial man­age­ment, sys­tems imple­men­ta­tion, human resources and lead­er­ship.

He spends sig­nif­i­cant time research­ing the issues fac­ing the indus­try from a macro and micro lev­el and brings train­ing and coach­ing solu­tions to his clients.

“I wanted to make it as easy as possible for shop professionals to find the right information for them. The training I was looking for when I started out as a shop owner was a lot different from what I needed when I’d been running the business for a few years, or a lot more than a few!”

Visitors to the website can easily click through to training focused on the needs of a new owner, one with six to 10 years of experience in the business, or an established business.

RPM Training offers a robust selection of virtual training, self-guided courses, and ongoing monthly coaching in group and individual formats.

Virtual training courses offer a variety of subject areas including the popular Service Management And Repair Training (SMART) courses. In-person training options are also available.
