MAHLE showcases its latest shop service equipment for the first time at the 2026 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show. Of note is the new generation of its ArcticPRO line.

The newly developed A/C service units streamline maintenance and service operations for repair shops of all sizes. Integrated in each unit is the MAHLE Connect App, allowing technicians to continuously monitor unit status and service data.

This application also increases efficiency through real-time alerts delivered via a smartphone. Other key product highlights during this year’s show include the new FluidPRO Smart Fluid Control Carts, which simplify the handling of multiple lubricants while ensuring maximum fluid purity, as well as the new E-CARE Fluid service unit, enabling automated cooling system service and integrated leak detection for internal combustion, hybrid, and battery-electric vehicles.

Also on display is the company’s state-of-the-art ShopPRO lift equipment, helping technicians perform everything from routine maintenance to major component repairs. The MAHLE booth is located in South Hall Upper, no. 38063.

“The repair shop of the future will be defined by its ability to adapt to greater vehicle and service complexity,” said Chris Wright, Managing Director of MAHLE Service Solutions, North America. “By combining advanced equipment with connected technology and intelligent support, MAHLE is helping technicians and shop owners improve repair shop throughput while supporting the servicing needs of an increasingly diverse vehicle parc.”

Next-generation ArcticPRO simplifies A/C service

The new product family includes four model variants: ArcticPRO Tech, Advanced, Expert, and Ultimate, enabling repair shops to select the level of automation and performance that best fits their service requirements. Supportive of refrigerants R134a and R1234yf, and refrigerants to come, the MAHLE ArcticPRO line is fully automated, and the latest modular MAHLE ArcticPRO A/C units feature user-friendly functionality, including a large touchscreen display with an intuitive interface to reduce training requirements, maintenance procedures, and technician error.

A key feature of the integrated MAHLE Connect App is the MAHLE Intelligent Assistant (MIA), an AI-powered advisor that supports technicians with technical questions and guided diagnostics to reduce manual labor, accelerate workflows with access to streamlined data resources, and enhance shop productivity.

New FluidPRO systems boost repair shop efficiency

The new MAHLE FluidPRO Smart Fluid Control carts, the Fluid Dispenser, and the Multi-Fluid Dispenser were designed to help repair shops to keep service areas organized. The battery-powered Fluid Dispenser enables technicians to store, dispense, track, and manage engine oil, transmission fluid, and coolant from a single platform. Precise dispensing helps prevent spills and product waste, while integrated monitoring tools provide visibility into fluid usage and inventory levels. It is available in various sizes and is suitable for use with 5 to 55 gallons.

Repair shops handling multiple engine and transmission oil grades can simplify fluid management with the MAHLE FluidPRO Smart Fluid Control Multi Fluid Dispenser. Featuring six separate 30-liter reservoirs, the mobile station enables the safe storage and dispensing of different lubricants. Its Zero Cross Contamination technology fully clears the dispensing hose after each service, ensuring maximum oil purity with minimal product loss.

Precise coolant service with minimal cross-contamination

The MAHLE E-CARE Fluid enables easy maintenance of the cooling circuit in vehicles of all drive types. In the event of a repair to the high-voltage battery or the replacement of a component from the coolant circuit, it can be emptied and refilled with E-CARE Fluid in a fully automated manner.

In addition, mechanics can check the circuit for leaks with an integrated vacuum and pressure test. The innovative system limits cross-contamination during coolant changes to less than five percent, helping ensure fluid quality while reducing the risk of service errors. An automatic leak test is performed before refilling begins, helping prevent fluid loss and potential damage, while automatic shut-off functionality ensures a controlled and worry-free service process.

Lifting solutions for every repair shop challenge

The MAHLE ShopPRO Multi-Use Lift Table simplifies demanding repair work by helping technicians safely handle heavy components such as engines, batteries, and fuel tanks. With a lifting capacity of up to 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg), it supports a broad range of conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicle applications.

Complementing the lift table, the MAHLE ShopPRO Mobile Column Lifts make it easier to raise passenger and commercial vehicles for service and repair. The wireless, tablet-controlled system provides clear access to the vehicle underbody, while integrated manuals and videos help technicians work more efficiently. With a lifting capacity of up to 9.5 tons, the lifts are designed to handle even the most demanding repair shop applications.

MAHLE will showcase additional units from the ArcticPRO, FluidPRO and ShopPRO line at their inaugural exhibition in the Tool & Equipment South Hall Upper of the SEMA Show. MAHLE is proud to present these latest units built to service today’s technicians, and prepare shops for the repair of tomorrow.
