This report takes an in-depth look at the preferences and attitudes of Canadian vehicle owners when it comes to choosing an automotive service provider. 

Made specifically with auto care businesses in mind, this report will also provide data and insight on: 

  • Owner use of and attitudes towards dealerships versus chains and independent shops 
  • How and where vehicle owners find a new chain or independent shop 
  • Factors that motivate customer loyalty
