Groupe Touchette has announced it has acquired seven acres of development lands in Hamilton, Ont.

According to Groupe Touchette, the development lands provide access to Red Hill Valley Parkway and Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW).

An aerial image on the company’s website indicates a location on Pritchard Road, just north of Rymal Road E.

The lands are less than 15 minutes away from the Hamilton International Airport and less than an hour from the US border.

The projected 150,000 square foot industrial property will allow Groupe Touchette to continue its strategic growth in the greater Hamilton region and better serve its customers.

The remaining available space will be ideal for a wide range of warehouse users.
