Morgeline Motorsports has released the latest addition to its competition series of racing wheel: the ZO1R.
Engineered and designed for sports car racing and for dedicated track duty, the ZO1R carries a 2,100 pound load rating with exceptional deflection stiffness to withstand the most rigorous of top-level endurance racing.
Featuring a split five parallel spoke design, the fully-forged one-piece monoblock uses an open lug center to reduce mass and provide easier access to lug nuts. A standard aluminum center cap is included with each wheel. Each ZO1R racing wheel is fully forged from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum in the company’s Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility.
The classic-style wheel has I-beamed spokes, a concave profile and a chamfered outer edge. Forgeline engineered the ZO1R to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. ZO1R wheels can be manufactured in 18, 19, 20 and 21-inch diameters in any color and finish Forgeline offers. In addition, Forgeline can create the ZO1R to accommodate most five lug and center lock applications, and, depending on diameter, the wheels can be produced in deep, medium or shallow concave profiles.
