Fix Network announced the opening of NOVUS Crystal Glass Abbotsford, the first location to launch under the NOVUS Crystal Glass banner.

A strategic partnership between NOVUS Glass and Crystal Glass in Canada was announced in 2025.

The opening marks an important milestone in the evolution of the partnership, bringing together the strengths of two trusted brands to deliver specialized automotive glass repair, replacement and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration services.

It also serves as the first tangible step in the growth of the NOVUS Crystal Glass banner, which combines NOVUS Glass’ global expertise in automotive glass repair and franchising with Crystal Glass’ longstanding reputation and regional presence across Western Canada.

That expansion is already gaining momentum, with 12 Crystal Glass locations and five NOVUS Glass locations in British Columbia currently in the process of transitioning to the new banner.

The opening of NOVUS Crystal Glass Abbotsford increases the network to 18 service centres in the province, expanding the brand’s reach and strengthening its presence in key markets.

Operated by the Davis Collision Group, a family-owned organization headquartered in Lethbridge, Alberta, the inaugural Abbotsford location expands a portfolio that already includes nine Fix Auto collision repair centres across British Columbia and Alberta.

With more than two decades of experience providing glass repair services through their Fix Auto Abbotsford East collision repair centre, the group saw an opportunity to strengthen its offering through a dedicated glass operation backed by the NOVUS Crystal Glass brand.

By operating independently from the group’s collision repair business, the location allows for a more focused approach to serving the growing automotive glass market.
