Veteran industry trainer and RPM Training founder , and Indie Garage contributor, Murray Voth is offering his newly updated SMART Management Training program online for fall 2020.

The SMART (Service, Management And Results Training) Program distills Voth’s 32 years of experience into an intensive 24-hour course, presented in 8 three-hour live, interactive and in-person sessions, via Zoom.

The program provides details the latest in modern shop management training, what works and what doesn’t, and helps overcome any roadblocks you may face in the course of running a modern-day shop. This comprehensive program covers customer service, managing paper flow and communications, managing service and parts, scheduling, maintenance programs, and much more.

The SMART program is being offered in three online streams: Sept. 1-Sept. 29; Oct. 6-Nov. 5; and Nov. 10-Dec. 8. Sessions will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-3:00 EST. Cost is $1299 plus applicable taxes.
