Debuted during the 2025 AAPEX Show in Las Vegas, NV, the Garage 360 training platform is designed to modernize how technicians and counter staff learn. Created as a strategic tool to improve shop performance and strengthen customer interactions, the Garage 360 platform provides fast-paced videos that deliver installation tips, diagnostics, and practical insights in an accessible format.

Garage 360 videos follow a unique one-two-three approach. The videos have one goal: to provide reliable, knowledge-based content to support technicians with diagnostics and repairs. They follow two hosts, Sara and Brandon, whose distinct personalities make learning enjoyable while delivering crucial technical information. Finally, videos are three minutes or less, ensuring technicians can access information quickly and get back to the job at hand.

In addition to showcasing training videos, the Garage 360 site hosts free Tech Tip Thursday sessions, provides opportunities to register for virtual and in-person training sessions, delivers diagnostic support and hands-on guidance, and offers Learning Management System (LMS) integration for counter professionals.
