The Boyd Group Inc. has announced that on March 15, 2019 it acquired a collision repair location in Guelph, Ontario previously operated as Majestic Collision and will now operate as Assured Automotive.

“We are very excited to add this location, which has served the Guelph market well for many years,” said Tony Canade, President of Assured Automotive. “We look forward to becoming part of the community and the opportunity to provide the friendly service and quality repairs that Assured is known for.”

“With this acquisition in Guelph, Assured now operates from nine locations in Southwestern Ontario. This strengthened presence enables us to better serve our customers and insurance partners. We are pleased to broaden our reach in the province and we look forward to increasing our footprint in the surrounding markets,” added Canade.

The Boyd Group is continuously looking to add new collision repair locations to its existing network in Canada and the U.S.
