AASA Vision Conference goes virtual

The 2020 Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) Vision Conference March 25 – 27, 2020 has gone virtual.

The event was originally scheduled to be held in Chicago, IL.

“In light of the growing concerns around COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the recent Illinois State of Emergency, we have made the difficult decision to transition the AASA Vision Conference to a digital experience,” say organizers.

The move comes as events across the economy are cancelled as travel restrictions tighten.

“Given the current environment of health advisories, travel bans, and speaker cancellations, AASA would be unable to host an on-site Vision Conference that meets the expectations of the premiere automotive aftermarket executive gathering. We regret that this shift may introduce uncomfortable complications for your organization, but we believe this is the responsible course of action at this time.”

The event will still feature the same slate of presenters and presentations, say organizers.

“The online Vision experience will bring the aftermarket executive community tremendous value, albeit in a new format. All speakers and panelists will still be on the “Vision stage” along with the announcement of the AASA Channel Excellence Award presented by Epicor, enriching video content, and the ability to interact with thought leaders and event participants.”
