In order to attract women to the automotive industry, and to celebrate those already working in it, the Automotive Retailers Association (ARA) will host its second annual Automotive Women’s Event on April 30 to inspire women to be their best through mentorship and networking.

As industry struggles with labour shortages across all sectors, the ARA is working to inspire fresh talent to pursue careers in the automotive industry. Part of this is targeting a demographic that has previously been overlooked, women.

The event is not limited to just women—achieving equality in the workplace comes from women and men supporting one another and working together—and men are more than welcome to attend as well. The ARA invites people of all ages and backgrounds out. Even if you are just hoping to better understand the world of automotive, this event is for you.

What many don’t realize are all the unique and exciting opportunities available within the automotive industry.

The event is scheduled for April 30, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, for an evening of cocktails, appetizers, and networking.
