The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “OBDII Service Modes.”

Generic scan tool modes provide valuable information that can be used for both emissions and non-emissions repairs. In this webinar, Automotive Seminars instructor Pedro Delatorre explains how the different modes and service requests work and how they can be used in a driveability diagnostic.

The focus will be understanding which modes are most useful, when to use them and how they help guide technicians toward accurate diagnostic outcomes.

Participants in this webinar will receive a certificate of attendance for the live session. Please allow one week for automatic email delivery of the certificate.
